Ceremony Writers’ Collective
April 1 @ 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
An event every day that begins at 7:00 am, repeating indefinitely
Whether you are a celebrant, an officiant of ceremony, a writer of life stories for sharing…if you would like to take your writing to another level join me for 21 days of daily prompts to support your creativity, understanding and insights into writing ceremonies.
Writing, like life, is a voyage of discovery. Henry Miller
With every ceremony, there will be new perspectives – different takes and meanings that people have gleaned from their experiences with life and death. While there may be many commonalities in the ceremonies that you write, there will also be situations that will challenge and inspire you to put your thinking cap on. These 21 days of prompts will help you to start thinking outside of the box. We are going to be seriously creative and playfully writing; as we seriously get playful and write creatively.
Everyday you will receive a new writing prompt. The invitation is to write for up to 15 minutes a day in your journal or on the computer. There will be a Facebook group of other ceremony writers to connect with and share your ideas, questions and reflections. If there is enough interest I would be happy to schedule a face to face Zoom call at some point.
21 days. Starting 1st April 2021. Cost: 0-$21 to ensure equitable access for all economic situations.
Seriously, don’t be an April’s fool, come and play with us and sign up!
