You are most welcome to join Wendy every Tuesday online for a mindfulness meditation. This gathering is a small group of every day practitioners, sharing a quiet place of stillness, encouragement and kindness.
Wendy is a qualified facilitator and practitioner of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)
