Upcoming Events

I am slowly making my way back out into the world after a period of recovery, rest and retreat and wanted to invite you to join me at three gatherings where I’ll be sharing stories of my experiences with Ongo: Everyday Nonviolence, Mindfulness… and some of my poetry.

Some of you may have heard of my journey these last six month while others may not. The short story—I developed a rare form of Ovarian Cancer earlier this year. As part of my treatment, I chose to have major surgery which successfully removed the malignant tumour. Six months later… I have had two clear blood tests. Getting cancer was a definitely a surprise and I leant into a time of reflection, integration, practice, tears and reckoning, poetry and deepening my research into death and dying!  I am grateful for the people who are hosting and helping with the following programs—life is a mystery and I am moving with it.

I hope you can join me soon. It would be lovely to see you again.
