Mindfulness of the hands

Practicing mindfulness of the body can help us to regulate stress. Bringing your attention to each part of the body, like the hands, can draw our mind into being curious, alert and attentive to what is, as it is. Watching the sensations that come and go, that may be pleasant or unpleasant or neutral. Breathing into the hands, letting them rest, letting them just be.
