The program Ongo: Everyday Nonviolence, continues to be a powerful part of my life — even after sharing it many times. The practices bring presence and meaning into the everyday; it helps me meet challenges with more courage and care, and has transformed old patterns with surprising gentleness. It’s not just a program — it’s a way of being that nourishes connection, intention, and growth. Plus, I’ve made such warm, caring friends along the way.
I imagine this might also be a doorway into a 12-week Leader-full Ongo group for those who wish to keep going!
