Come and join Wendy, to connect into a practice focused on peace of mind, kindness, support and being with what is, as it is. Wendy is a practitioner and facilitator of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) and will lead a 30 minute mindfulness presence meditation. Every Tuesday 7pm to 7.30pm AEDT (Sydney, NSW) via Zoom. Everyone is welcome. Please register here and you will get the link emailed to you.
