Bilkbilkmi Gorge in Kakadu

Do you long for space to walk in silence, sleep under stars, and reconnect with what truly matters? Do you yearn for companions on that journey — people who savour poetry, meaningful connection, and the wild beauty of untouched places?

This mindfulness walking retreat isn’t hours of seated meditation or a week of silence — but moments of stillness woven into walking, reflection, and poetry that invite presence and awareness. There will be moments of playfulness and joy, beautiful conversations, natural waterslides down amazing rock faces, beautiful flowers along the track, dawn chorus…

Last August, I walked through the remote beauty of Bilkbilkmi Gorge in Kakadu with my dear friend and guide, Cassie Newnes. That experience continues to live in me — quiet swims in pristine waters, the hush of ancient bushland, still mornings with a warm cup of tea, shared stories around a fire. It was a return to presence. To simplicity. To what’s essential.

This August, I’ve been invited back to co-facilitate another Kakadu Mindfulness Retreat. If something in you longs for space, depth, and a grounded connection to land and self, I would love to walk with you.

An immersive retreat in Bilkbilkmi Gorge, Kakadu — 19–27 August 2025
Held with deep respect and permission from the Traditional Owners of this sacred Country

This isn’t a retreat of distraction or performance — it’s a quiet and powerful homecoming. A time to walk, to listen, and to feel yourself deeply met by the land.

Let me know if you feel the call. We’d love to have you with us.
