A very warm welcome to join in our community practice of breathing together. Of holding space, presence, awareness, cultivating peace together. Please feel free to join me at 7.30pm AEDT (Sydney, NSW) for half hour guided mindfulness practice holding the qualities of gratitude and opening to life, to intention, to presence.
The mindfulness practice will finish at 8pm and, if you wish to stay on the call, there will be the opportunity to go into breakout rooms for another half an hour if you would like to exchange empathy, reflections and connection.
