Aging is happening to me not as a problem to solve, but as a lived, unfolding conversation, one I am learning to meet with kindness. There are lots of things to celebrate and a few things to mourn.
My Ongo colleague, Jeff Joslin, and I will guide an online gathering on Wednesday 18th February 2026 which will offer a safe space to explore what aging means for each of us.
Together, we’ll reflect on aging as we find it: messy, funny, tender, surprising. We’ll share stories, lean into wisdom, and explore the losses and the learnings that shape us. You’ll be guided through simple practices, writing prompts, and a circle of connection that supports presence, honesty, and companionship.
If you’re longing for a moment to pause, to be witnessed, to reconnect with your own clarity and resilience, this gathering is for you.
All are welcome. Click here for more information and to register.
Guided by Wendy Haynes and supported by Jeff Joslin, this session is a fundraiser for Baba Tree International, supporting community empowerment and peace projects around the world. Baba Tree International is committed to a world where everyone has the knowledge and ability to contribute to peace within themselves and with others, and where this wisdom is passed on from generation to generation.
